We meet together in groups based on grade level in the Youth Building to study Scripture in a theme- related model.

CURRENT LESSON

SUNDAY NIGHTS

5:45 PM - 7:30PM

Join us on Sunday nights for food, worship, a message, and small groups!

 

WEDNESDAY NIGHTS

7:00 - 8:00PM

Wednesday nights are equal parts fun and learning. We open each night with a fun game followed by group prayer and exegetical preaching. Currently Pastor James is leading the group through the book of Matthew.

 

PHILOSOPHY

The Youth Ministry rests within and aligns with the overall calling and purpose of Parkwood Baptist Church.  Specifically, the youth ministry is designed upon the Biblical principles of Encouraging, Equipping, and Empowering parents and youth to love God totally and to love others as they love themselves.  (Mark 12:29-31)

 

Through the leadership of the Holy Spirit, the youth ministry diligently pursues this purpose by focusing on the central objective of developing mature, Christian young adults. (Ephesians 4:11-16)
